Karine Larose

Karine Larose is a kinesiologist and director of communications at Nautilus Plus. She holds a master's degree in kinanthropology, a master's degree in industrial relations and a bachelor's degree in psychology. She specializes in motivational training. She is the author of several healthy lifestyles books (Zéro Diète 1 and 2, Je me prends en main, Le guide Vivre Plus and 10-4- perdre sainement 10 livres en 4 semaines), all published by Trécarré. Karine is the face of more than 25 exercise DVDs entitled "30 Minutes par jour pour Vivre Plus", which have sold more than 100,000 copies, as well as the TopFit fitness program, "Tonification et perte de poids en 30 jours". Karine is a television columnist on several shows and writes a column in the Nautilus Plus newsletter as well as articles on the "Je me prends en main" blog. Karine is regularly sought after by the media to give her point of view on fitness and physical activity.

Antoine Authier

A graduate in kinesiology from the University of Montreal, Antoine is passionate about physical activity. He is a personal trainer and a Nautilus Plus club manager since 2017. From athlete to trainer, sports have always been a part of his life, which makes him want to share his passion for working out with everyone. His contagious energy and his tenacity inspire many. Whether it be for sports preparation or fitness in general, Antoine will guide you using an individualized approach focused on achieving your goals.
Antoine Authier
A graduate in kinesiology from the University of Montreal, Antoine is passionate about physical activity. He is a personal trainer and a Nautilus Plus club manager since 2017. Jenipher Bisson

A kinesiologist since 2013, she has worked as a Nautilus Plus personal trainer since 2011. Dancing has long been her favorite activity, which led her to be a member of the Montreal Alouettes Cheerleaders for five seasons. She completed her DEC in dance at Cégep Saint-Laurent and then went on to study kinesiology at the Université de Montréal. Her favourite sports and activities are running, pole fitness, dek hockey, dance, and strength training. She has long led group classes of all kinds (bootcamp, stationary bike, cardio kick boxing, stretching, pre-post natal fitness) and created numerous personalized training groups at Nautilus Plus. She is committed to the well-being of her clients. Through her creativity, drive, and dedication, she guides her clients in reaching their objectives.

Claudia Bernier

A graduate in Physical and Health Education from Laval University and a sports massage therapist, Claudia is a pillar at Nautilus Plus. Working for almost 15 years as a personal trainer and 10 years as a massage therapist, Claudia is clearly passionate about sports. She is a versatile athlete who, in the same day, can run, ride a gravel bike, do a few lay-ups in basketball and finish it all off with a round of golf. In addition to her physical qualities, Claudia has a great capacity to adapt to the needs of her clients. Whether it is for weight loss, muscle ass gain, physical performance or fitness, no goal is beyond her! She is a successful trainer because she can bring out the best in her clients and find every possible solution to help them achieve their goals. But watch out, she's a real horned angel!

Amy Ethier-Bergeron

Graduated from UQAM with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2022, Amy is a Level 3 kinesiologist-trainer and assistant manager at Nautilus Plus, Repentigny branch. As a teenager, Amy was not naturally athletic. She faced many challenges along the way, which helped shape her character and made her the trainer she is today. After going through her own fitness journey, she discovered a passion for training as well as a mission: to help and support people in reaching their goals and contribute to their personal achievements. Amy is energetic, cheerful, and extremely detail-oriented. She is often described as meticulous and versatile. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, body composition, recovering from an injury, or working on weaknesses related to your sport, she loves taking on challenges and embraces curiosity and continuous learning. Known by her clients as being a little “diabolical,” she leads group classes such as Tabata and Bootcamp, often incorporating burpees—which she absolutely loves! Among her personal goals, she aspires to complete in Hyrox competitions.

He chose to become a trainer because he wanted to teach people how to use their bodies optimally and how to reach their fitness goals. With Renaud, you will push past your limits while minimizing the risk of injury!

Hélène Charron

Graduate in kinesiology, Hélène is the assistant manager at the Nautilus Plus Rockland branch. She has been a personal trainer since 2017 and also leads group classes. She is a member of the Nautilus Plus team of internal trainers and of the Association Nationale des Intervenants en Entrainement since 2021. Sharing her knowledge, while adapting to her clientele or learners, makes her a dedicated kinesiologist and trainer, in addition to her good mood and her unifying spirit! During the pandemic, Hélène worked as a kinesiologist with seniors in the CISSS/CIUSSS of the Laurentians, which allowed her to learn about their needs and better target her interventions with this population. According to Hélène, it is important to have an active lifestyle. Whether it is while hiking, training, road/mountain biking, snowboarding or cross-country skiing, she always finds pleasure in everything she does. This is what she tries to instill in her clients as a health professional.

He is an enthusiast of outdoor and endurance sports such as running, cycling, skating and skiing, to name a few. His achievements include the 24h Roller de Montréal, the Pentathlon des Neiges, numerous races and the fervent practice of active transportation. As a personal trainer at Nautilus Plus, his approach focuses on the adoption of healthy lifestyle habits and the practice of daily physical activity, such as active transportation. All with the aim of helping his clients achieve their fitness, weight loss, performance or rehabilitation goals. He also helped develop the Le Tour and Cadence programs on Ultime Fit.

In addition to being a skilled cyclist and a group stationary bike instructor, Vanessa is responsible of instructor training for ANIE (Association nationale des intructeurs en entraînement). She is also an avid runner and functional trainer. She loves to share her passion for physical activity and enjoys challenging her clients, whatever their age or fitness level! Vanessa was involved in the development of the "Le TOUR" program on the Ultime Fit fitness platform.

He has been working as a group class instructor at Nautilus Plus since 2017. Over the years, he has honed his skills by taking several training courses including Aero Dance, Zumba, Aqua Zumba, Zumba Gold, Cardio Danse, Tonus, Bootcamp, Jump, Kettlebell, Kangoo Jumps, Aerobics and Step. He also specialized in Pilates following his studies in physical education. As a full-time artistic gymnastics coach, he manages competitive teams in sport-études and extracurriculars at provincial and national levels. He chose to be a gymnastics coach and group class instructor because he wants to teach people to use their bodies efficiently and precisely. He also enjoys using music to connect mind and body while improving coordination.

Mireille is committed to developing a better body awareness in her clients and to sharing her passion for training with those around her. For her, overall health requires an active, flexible and mobile body and a calm mind. Graduate of a Master's degree in School Dance teaching from the University du Quebec à Montreal, Mireille has been a group class instructor at Nautilus Plus since 2014. She is also a full-time dance instructor and leads competitive dance teams in after-school. Her professional background as a dancer led her to become interested in physical training and the benefits of the yoga practice which she has been practicing since 2012.

Jeanne holds a dual bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of William and Mary in the state of Virginia. After finishing her NCAA college career in basketball, Jeanne developed a passion for high intensity functional training. Not letting go of her passion for sports, Jeanne is involved in coaching basketball while completing her studies in osteopathy. Her main objective and mission is to transmit the idea of surpassing oneself to her clients and others around her.

Her greatest pleasure as a kinesiologist is to see the pride on her clients' or athletes' faces when they reach their goal. Personal trainer at Nautilus Plus from 2013 to 2020, Vincent is a kinesiologist who graduated from the University of Montreal in 2016. Like many young people, he started working out at the gym to overcome a lack of self-confidence and to change his physical appearance. Since then, working out has become his passion, his profession and an opportunity to take care of himself, both physically and mentally. Vincent specializes in physical transformations, hypertrophy and posture improvement and wants to help his clients step out of their comfort zone and push themselves beyond their limits. Vincent sees training as a way to clear his mind and cut himself off from all the stress that life can bring. Working out has helped him develop mental strength, problem solving skills, a more positive attitude towards life and a powerful drive to achieve his goals. His self-confidence has tripled and every day he feels ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead. This is what he wants to pass on to his clients.
