ULTIME FIT is compatible with Chromecast and Apple TV. Chromecast: Use the Google Chrome browser on Windows, Mac OSX, or Android (not supported on Chrome for iPad/iPhone), then click the icon at the top right of the video to cast to your TV. Live workouts cannot be cast via Chromecast, but you can mirror your entire screen. Apple TV: Use AirPlay from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac to start the video on your Apple TV. HDMI Cable: You can also connect your computer to your TV using an HDMI cable. Smart TVs: Built-in web browsers on smart TVs are not supported.

You can choose the platform’s navigation language: either French or English. Recipes, meal plans, and workout sections are bilingual. Videos and audio sessions are conducted in French.

No. Your account is linked to your personal identifier. Additionally, all your progress information is associated with your personal account. Ultime Fit monitors account sharing, if you share your account, it will be permanently blocked.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. For monthly subscriptions, you will maintain access to ULTIMEFIT service until the end of your billing cycle. No refund will be issued. For annual subscriptions, cancellation will result in immediate account closure. For details and to make a request, email us at info@ultimefit.com or see clause 3.3 of the contract.

Yes, no matter which subscription you choose, you’ll have access to all content and upcoming releases.

Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted via the website.

Yes. You can use your phone, tablet, or computer. Just make sure your account isn’t logged in on two devices at once, or content will be blocked.

Annual subscriptions do not renew automatically. If you don't take any action to renew, your annual plan will end on its scheduled date. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month for up to one year. If you don't take any action to renew, your monthly plan will end after one year.

Only audio sessions can be downloaded. This allows you to listen to sessions without an internet connection, even when the screen is off or the device goes into sleep mode. Start, listen, and you're done! Video sessions cannot be downloaded.
