Privacy Policy

1. Information Collection

1.1 ULTIME FIT collects various information provided by the user, including:

• Personal: first name, last name, email address, phone number, city, country, province.
• Caloric profile: gender, date of birth, weight, height, body composition goal (loss, maintenance or weight gain), resting metabolism (if known).
• Subscription and payment: Chosen subscription, name on credit card, credit card number, credit card expiration date and credit card CVV. Payment information is however hosted by the service provider.

1.2 ULTIME FIT automatically collects information, including:

• Service consumption: Information about videos, programs and recipes consulted/viewed. Ratings of these, if applicable. Video viewing completion statistics, pages viewed, IP address.
• User interactions with ULTIME FIT promotions and emails sent by ULTIME FIT.
• Connected device identification number.

2. Use of Information

2.1 ULTIME FIT uses the collected information to analyze, manage, improve and personalize its services, to process payments, manage subscriptions, communicate with the user about its services, special offers and others, to prevent and identify illegal activities and enforce our regulations in this regard.

3. Sharing Your Information

3.1 The data provided is shared with the ULTIME FIT service to help it make decisions about new content to present, to improve the quality of service offered.

3.2 Service providers: Firms that manage transactions/payments as well as marketing, advertising and communications. As part of this service, these providers may have access to user information/data, but are not authorized to disclose it except for the purposes of providing their services.

3.3 Protection objective of ULTIME FIT or other: For legal reasons, to enforce terms of use that are not respected, manage illegal activities or defend against any harm to the rights and property or security of ULTIME FIT, its users, as required or permitted by law.

3.4 Terminations or transfer of activities: IF ULTIME FIT ceases its services, restructures, merges or sells, it will transfer the information so that recipients can use it while respecting the same policies as those of ULTIME FIT.

4. Profile and Account

4.1 Once connected to ULTIME FIT, the user can directly access the platform in their profile without having to enter their password. This feature aims to facilitate access to the user's account. Unless disconnected by the user, they can reopen a session without entering a password. The user can however disconnect from their account by clicking on 'Logout' at the top right. At their next connection, they must enter their email address and password to access their account. Sharing the password and account with a third party is strictly prohibited. The ULTIME FIT account offers personal access and must be used as such.

5. Options and Settings

5.1 Promotional emails: If the user no longer wants to receive promotional emails, they can unsubscribe by going to the 'My Account' section, at the top right, by clicking on 'Personal Information' then on 'Unsubscribe from promotional emails'. You can also click on the unsubscribe link provided in the promotional email. The email service on billing, account status or payment method will however be maintained.

6. Rights

6.1 The user can modify and manage their personal and payment method information themselves by visiting the 'My Account' section, at the top right, then clicking on the desired tab.

6.2 You have the right to request and receive access to your personal information, to request that your personal information be corrected or deleted, to object to the processing of your personal information, and to request that the processing of your personal information be restricted. These rights may be subject to certain limitations.

7. Security of Information

7.1 ULTIME FIT uses administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect user information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risk of processing personal information.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

8.1 ULTIME FIT may update this privacy policy from time to time. Users will be notified at least 30 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of the ULTIME FIT service after these changes constitutes acceptance of the new privacy policy.
